William M. DeSantis

William M. DeSantis, 81, of Johnston, passed away peacefully at Elmhurst Extended Care on Thursday, February 20, 2020.  Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Frank A. and Angelina (Corsi) DeSantis. Bill worked for Richard's Clothing, Gerber Jewelry, Narragansett Brewery, Procap and was a manager for Louttit Laundry, before retiring.  He attended Central High School and served in the Army National Guard.  He is survived by his daughter, Denise DeSantis of North Providence; two sons, William DeSantis and his wife Donna of Providence and David DeSantis and his wife Jeanne of Warwick; a sister, Beverly A. DeLisi of Providence; a brother, Frank A. DeSantis Jr. and his wife Nancy of Florida; and three grandchildren, Janene, Austin and Emily.  He was the former husband of Suzanne DeSantis and was the brother of the late Angelo DeSantis and Marie V. Calise.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at 10 a.m. in Holy Ghost Church, 472 Atwells Ave., Providence.  Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.  Visitation is respectfully omitted.
