Viola Pirraglia

Viola (Caprio) Pirraglia, 94, of North Providence, passed away Friday, January 5, 2018 at Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center.  She was the beloved wife of the late Louis A. Pirraglia.  Born in Providence she was the daughter of the late Angelo and Ida Caprio. Mrs. Pirraglia worked for Ronci Manufacturing for many years before retiring. A loving and devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother she is survived by her son, Steven Pirraglia and his wife Nancy; her daughter, Lois Pirraglia; a brother, Angelo Caprio; two granddaughters, Sara Vray and her husband Christian and Samantha Pirraglia; and her great granddaughter, Evangeline Viola Vray.  She was the sister of the late Anthony, Robert and Edward Caprio, Filomena Webster and Jeanne Boyajian. Visitation will be held Wednesday Morning, January 10, 2018 from 9:15 - 10:15 a.m. in the MACERONI FUNERAL HOME, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in St. Thomas Church, 65 Fruit Hill Ave., Providence.  Interment will be in Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.
