Theresa Gelsomino

Theresa Gelsomino, 81, of Johnston, passed away peacefully at The Cedars on Saturday, May 1, 2021. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Gennaro and Jennie (DiSarro) Gelsomino.
Theresa taught special education at the John F. Fogarty Center for many years before retiring.
She is survived by her two brothers, John and Raymond Gelsomino; and her twin sister, Marie Gelsomino. She is also survived by her cherished niece, Cheryl Gelsomino Turchetta and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She was the sister of the late Carmine, Antonio, Domenic, James, Joseph and Albert Gelsomino, Concetta Calise, Carmella Morgan, Anna Martinelli and Barbara Forte.
Theresa's funeral and burial will be private. Donations in her memory may be made to Beacon Hospice, 1130 Ten Rod Road, Suite C104, North Kingstown, RI 02852.
