Shirley A. Del Gizzo

Shirley A. (Harding) Del Gizzo, 79, passed away peacefully Friday, October 27, 2017 surrounded by her loving family at home. She was the wife of the late Ferdinando "Bob" Del Gizzo. Born in Providence she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Salerno) Harding. She was a devoted and loving mother to Kenneth Del Gizzo, Karen Del Gizzo and Robert Del Gizzo and his wife Debora. A cherished grandmother of Jon, David and Vanessa Del Gizzo. She was the sister of David Harding.  Her most enjoyable and rewarding passion was spending time with her family. Her love and dedication will always be remembered Visitation will be held Thursday, November 2, 2017 from 10a.m. - 11a.m. in the North Providence Assembly of God, 244 Lexington Ave., North Providence, followed by a Service at 11a.m. Her burial will be private.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Shirley's Memory may be made to: Hope Hospice & Palliative Care, 1085 North Main St., Providence, RI 02904.
