He is survived by his two sons and one daughter, William Blake, Jacqueline Blake, James Blake and his wife Jamie; four stepdaughters, Debra Choiniere, Cyndi Carlson, Joanne DeMasco, Barbara DeMasco and her husband, David Beauchemin; 14 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren. He was the father of the late Robert Blake and brother of the late Thomas Blake and the late John Blake.

His funeral will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. from the Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in Mary, Mother of Mankind Church, 25 Fourth St., North Providence.
