Robert J. Antonizio, 65, of North Providence, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Catherine (Amaral) Antonizio. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Antonio and Victoria (Campanile) Antonizio.

Robert was the owner of New England Funding. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather. Bob was well known in Rhode Island and loved by so many people; a humorous and generous man who enjoyed helping others.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Kenneth Antonizio and his wife Meredith and Anthony Antonizio; three daughters, Adrianne Pese and her husband Misipaga, Maria Antonizio and Courtney Antonizio; two brothers, Antonio Antonizio, Jr. and Andrew Antonizio; two sisters, Catherine Levasseur and Marie Welsh; and his nine treasured grandchildren, Liliana, Malosi, Violet, Gabriella, Mia, Isaiah, Paisley, Leana and Addie. He was the brother of the late Kenneth Antonizio and Nancy Antonizio.

Visitation will be held on Monday July 18, 2022, beginning at 9 a.m. in Restoration Church of RI, 244 Lexington Ave., North Providence, followed by a Celebration of Robert’s Life at 11 a.m. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to St. Mary’s Home for Children, 440 Fruit Hill Ave., North Providence, RI 02911.
