Richard J. Starino, 75, passed away on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at Rhode Island Hospital, Providence. He was the husband of Karen Daigle Starnino. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Julio and Sylvia (Spirito) Starnino.

He worked as an Animal Control Officer for the Town of North Providence as well as the Town of Johnston for many years.

Richard leaves his children, Jaime Starnino, Lisa Parascandolo, Richard J. Starnino and Timothy Coulombe, one sister, Elaine Oliva, three brothers, Joseph Starnino, David Starnino and Ronnie Starnino, four grandchildren, Luca, Christian Parascandolo and Brennan and Jenna Starnino. He was the brother of the late Robert Starnino, Patricia Starnino and Jane Bird.

His funeral and burial will be private.
