Philip F. Ouellette, 99, of Cranston, passed away at The Cedars on Monday, September 25, 2023. He was the husband of the late Vera (Lombardo) Ouellette.
Philip owned and operated his manufacturing business for many years, before retiring. He was an Army Veteran of World War II.
He is survived by many nieces and nephews.
His funeral and burial with Military Honors will be private.
