Pauline leaves her niece Dawn McCarthy and her husband Ken, along with several other nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Juliette Tetreault, Jules “Larry” Asselin, Jacques Asselin, Robert Asselin, Therese Coutu, Armand Asselin, Leon Asselin and Paul Asselin.
Pauline was a longtime resident of Johnston. She was employed as a computer programmer at FM Global (formerly Allendale Insurance) for many years before retiring. She was a faithful communicant of St. Robert Bellarmine Church in Johnston. Pauline was a religious woman of great faith who participated in many prayer group meetings with her friends and fellow parishioners.
Pauline or AP, as her nieces and nephews would lovingly call her, had a great sense of humor and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Visitation will be held Tuesday morning, June 27, 2023, from 9:15 am- 10:15 am at the Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Robert Bellarmine, 1804 Atwood Ave., Johnson at 11:00 am. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket. In lieu of flowers, donations in Pauline’s memory may be made to Beacon Hospice (Amedisys Foundation).
