Paul Cedroni

May 3, 1958 — June 23, 2024

On Sunday June 23rd 2024, Paul Cedroni, loving husband and father, passed away at the age of 66 years old. He was surrounded in comfort by his family and friends.

Paul was born in Providence, Rhode Island to Salvatore and Evelyn (Fontaine) Cedroni. After high school, Paul lived in Florida for a time but returned home to Rhode Island and later married the love of his life, Justina.

Together Paul and Justina made their home in Smithfield, Rhode Island. Both had entrepreneurial spirits, running successful businesses and building a loving household. Paul was very successful in the ATM and vending industry, honing his craft for more than 20 years before retiring in 2023.

Paul grew up as a true Providence native, but his summers were spent in Vermont and New Hampshire reveling in camp life. His early years were spent at Camp Idlewild on the shore of Lake Winnipesaukee. Paul tried his best to stay out of mischief with his siblings and cousin David DeFelice. They had many adventures, and made memories that would be told as stories for the decades to come. Paul excelled at riflery, archery, swimming, hiking, horseback riding, and most of all pranks!

He was a voracious student of world history, health, and financial strategies as he entered his later years. He had a love for tennis, golf, and scuba diving. He even traveled the world and saw Egypt and Africa. Family was always a priority for Paul—hosting holidays and family dinners was his favorite thing to do. Paul’s daughters Amber and Rachel meant everything to him, imparting his sense of humor, lively personality, and loving energy in their hearts.

Paul will be remembered for his wit, infectious smile, and his kind and generous spirit.

Paul was proceeded in death by his father Salvatore whom he looked up to and loved dearly. He is survived by his mother Evelyn Cedroni, his wife Justina, his daughters Amber and Rachel, his siblings Donna, Rosanne, Sallie, Mary Beth, and Chris. He also has many in-laws, nieces, nephews; including his mother-in-law Sam and stepson Alex.

A Celebration of life will be held in September 2024. Please reach out to the family for an invitation.

“The world changes from year to year, our lives from day to day, but the love and memory of you, shall never pass away.”
