Palmo J. Guccione, 103, of North Providence, passed away on Friday, September 13, 2024. He was the beloved husband of Olga (Patriarca) Guccione for 78 years. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Giuseppe and Maria (Salamone) Guccione.

Palmo was the owner and operator of Parma Doors in Smithfield for many years before retiring. He was an Army Veteran of WWII serving as a Medic in Europe.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Linda Guccione; two sons, Joseph Guccione and Gerald Guccione and his wife Judy; and his two granddaughters, Kimberly and Stacy Guccione. He was the brother of the late Salvatore A "Sammy" Guccione, Nancy Fiorentini, Ella Vestri, Susie Leo and Anna Lombari.

In accordance with Palmo’s wishes, his funeral and entombment at Swan Point Cemetery were private. Donations in his memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
