Mary Tartaglione

November 2, 1946 — July 20, 2025

Mary (Kimatian) Tartaglione, 78, of North Providence, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, July 20, 2025. She was the beloved wife of the late Angelo J. “Tony” Tartaglione. Born in Providence, Mary was the daughter of the late Sarkis “Mike” Kimatian and Grace (Morrissey) Kimatian.

Mary was everything a mother should and could be to her son, Paul Tartaglione, and his wife, Tracy, of Leesburg, VA. Mary was the best Nana any grandchild could hope for to Michael, Paige, and Matthew. She will be dearly missed, but her memory and her love will live on through her family and friends.

She is also survived by her brother, Neil and Sharon Kimatian, and his former wife, Mary Kimatian; her dearest cousin, Doreen Teolis, and her husband, John; her niece, Kristina Tracy, and her husband, Kenny; and her niece, Tara Spicola, and her husband, Jeff. Oh yes, and her special puppy friend, Toby.

Family and friends are invited to attend visiting hours on Friday, July 25, 2025, from 8:15 to 9:15 a.m. at Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith Street, North Providence. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:00 a.m. at St. Augustine Church, 639 Mt. Pleasant Avenue, Providence. Burial will take place at the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Exeter.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
