Mary A. Carlino

Mary A. “Mama Mary” (Adamo) Carlino, 103, of Providence, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 15, 2022. She was the wife of the late Ralph Carlino. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Domenic and Filomena (Ragosta) Adamo.

Mrs. Carlino was an expediter at Uncas Manufacturing for many years.

A loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she is survived by her son, Ralph Carlino, Jr. and his wife Lynn; 2 grandsons, Derek and Sean Carlino; a step-grandson Matthew Brown and 3 great-grandchildren Olivia, Dylan and Sofia Carlino. She was the sister of Carmino Adamo and his wife Anne, Raymond Adamo and Theresa Danty. She was the sister of the late Elizabeth Signore, Emilio, Domenic and Pat Adamo.

Mrs. Carlino’s funeral will be held on Monday, December 19, 2022 at 9 a.m. from the Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith Street, North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Blessed Sacrament Church, 179 Academy Ave., Providence. Interment will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
