Mario Forte
October 1, 1928 — February 19, 2023
Mario Forte, 94, passed peacefully surrounded by his children on February 19, 2023. He was predeceased by his wife of fifty years and is now joyfully reunited with his beloved Clementina V. (Buonomano) Forte.
He is survived by his children Mario R. Forte (Diane) and Lynn A. Forte, his grandchildren Mario C. Forte, Marissa E. Needham (Chris), Patrick L. Cull (Julie) and Alexander M. Cull and a great grandson Christopher A. (CJ) Needham, Jr. Mario is survived by his siblings Joseph Forte, Loreta Fargnoli and Gaetano Forte. He was predeceased by his parents Gaetano and Gaetana (Falcone), and siblings Rocco Forte, Frances Forgetta and Olga White.
His funeral will be held Friday, February 24, 2023 at 9:00 AM, from the Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in St. Pius Church, 240 Eaton St., Providence. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours are Thursday 4-7 PM.
