Marie (Bursie) Algeni, 94, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at Brookdale West Bay in Warwick. She was the wife of the late Joseph L. Algeni. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Jennie (Cotrone) Bursie.
She is survived by her son, Robert J. Algeni. She was the sister of the late Ralph Bursie, Matt Bursie and Antoinette D'Orico.
Mrs. Algeni's funeral and burial were private. Donations in her memory may be made to: Alzheimer's Association, Rhode Island Chapter, 245 Waterman St. Ste. 306, Providence, RI 02906.
