Louis Broccoli, 63, of North Providence, passed away Friday, March 11, 2011, at Golden Crest Nursing Centre. Born in Marzano Appia, Italy, he was the son of the late Gioacchino and Maria (Paolino) Broccoli.
Louie had love in his heart, especially for his family. There was always a smile on his face and a compliment from his lips. He had compassion for people in need.
He leaves a son, Louis Broccoli; two brothers, Antimo Broccoli and his wife Italia, Arnold Broccoli and his wife Joyce; three sisters, Marianna Ursillo, Rita DiNuoscio and her husband Carlo, Lucretia Procaccini and her husband Carl; his nieces and nephews, Maria, Jack, Annamaria, Cristina, Kimberly, Laura, Kevin and several great nieces and great nephews. He was the brother-in-law of the late Antonio Ursillo.
Visitation Monday Morning 9:30 – 11:00 a.m. in the MACERONI Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Providence Rescue Mission, 627 Cranston St., Cranston, RI 02907.
