Linda C. Roy (Livsey), 66, of Providence, passed away Thursday, May 13, 2010 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Ronald E. Roy. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Carl Livsey, Jr. and Lena (Clarke) Livsey.
Linda worked as a policy manager for various insurance companies. She enjoyed traveling and reading and especially loved animals. She will be missed by her many friends and relatives.
Besides her husband of 40 years, she leaves an uncle, Earl Barron; her brother in law, Victor Roy and his wife Sheila and her K9 companion, Sandy.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service, Thursday, May 20, 2010 at 11 a.m. in the Swan Point Cemetery Chapel, 585 Blackstone Blvd., Providence. Visitation respectfully omitted . In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to American Cancer Society, 931 Jefferson Blvd, Suite 3009, Warwick, RI 02886.
