Lillian R. Frezza, who just turned 89 years old, passed into eternal rest on Friday August 26th at Cherry Hill Manor in Johnston after an illness. She was the beloved wife of the late Agostino Frezza.
She was born in Johnston, a daughter of the late Domenic and Julia (Marwell) Degidio. She had been employed in the jewelry industry for several years before retiring. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Grace Church.
She leaves 4 sisters, Katherine Petrosinelli and Viola LaBelle both of No. Providence, Eleanor Parisi of Johnston and Irene Cerio of Warwick. She also leaves her nephew and principal caregiver, David A. Frezza of Johnston and several other nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
She was the sister of the late Elizabeth Frezza, Anna D'Orio, Florence Scopellitti, Raymond, Louis and Ernest Degidio.
Her Funeral will be held Wednesday at 10 am from the B. Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith Street No. Providence with a Mass of Christian Burial in Our Lady of Grace Church, George Waterman Rd. Johnston at 11am. Burial will folow in St Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket. CALLING HOURS Wednesday at the Funeral Home from 8 until 10AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to Our Lady of Grace Memorial Fund would be greatly appreciated.
