Ida A. Hall (Zannini) 98, of North Providence, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, December 31, 2021. She was the wife of the late John A. Hall, and the mother of the late John C. Hall. Born in Cranston, Ida was the daughter of the late Luigi and Antonetta (Palumbo) Zannini.
She is survived by her daughter, Susan E. Loffredo of North Providence; two granddaughters, Bethany S. Rafail (John) of Keene, NH, and Amy E. Capece (Raymond) of Smithfield, RI, and four great-grandchildren, Luca and Anna Rafail, and Anthony and Raymond Capece. Ida was the sister of the late Joseph, Vincent, Anthony and Henry Zannini and Evelyn Rossi.
Ida was known for her kind heart, generosity, and humor. She enjoyed working for many years behind the counter at LaSalle Bakery, retiring at the age of 80. Ida enjoyed lunches with her siblings, whom she loved dearly. Her greatest joy was spending quality time with her family, especially her shopping trips with her daughter, Susan. She also loved watching the Patriots and Red Sox on television with her son, John. Ida's presence and beautiful smile will be greatly missed by her family.
Her Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 8, 2022, at 10 AM in the Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston. Visitation will be prior to the service from 9 - 10 AM.
