Helen M. DeRobbio

Helen M. (Tavano) DeRobbio, 96, passed away Sunday, July 2, 2017 at Cortland Place.  She was the wife of the late Joseph D. DeRobbio.  Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Giuseppe and Giuseppina (Cartri) Tavano.  A loving and dedicated mother, grandmother and great grandmother she is survived by her four children, David J. DeRobbio and his wife Lucille, Joseph D. DeRobbio, Jr. and his wife Robin, Julie A. Raitano and Jacqueline M. Ricci and her husband Michael; 9 grandchildren, Sheri Lombardi, Lynell Varga, David DeRobbio, Jr., Michael Perrotta, Brian DeRobbio, Wayne Masterson, II, Trista Sylvia, Michael J. Ricci and Samantha Ricci; and 10 great grandchildren.  She was the mother of the late Debra A. Masterson-Norato and the sister of the late Charles, Americo, George, Paul and Peter Tavano, Eva Mollo, Columbia Farina, Mary Frezza and Ann Letizia. Visitation will be held Friday Morning, July 7, 2017 from 8:30 - 10:15 a.m. in the MACERONI FUNERAL HOME, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in St. Mary Church, 1525 Cranston St., Cranston.  Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.  Please omit flowers.
