Gladys D. Gallo (Grenier), 93, of North Providence, passed away on December 5, 2020 at Cedar Crest Nursing Center, Cranston. She was the beloved wife of the late Louis Gallo. They had been married for 54 years prior to his passing. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Blanche (La Chance) Grenier.
Mrs. Gallo was a floor supervisor for Cal-Ric Box and a bus aid for special needs children for the North Providence Schools until her retirement.
She is survived by her loving son, Anthony and his wife, Cheryl (Pursche) of Cranston; her grandchildren, Dr. Anthony Gallo (Corey) of East Greenwich, Michael Gallo of West Warwick and the late Baby A. Gallo; and 4 great-grandsons. She was the sister of the late Albert Grenier, Stella Branch, Annette Mallardo and Dorother Moore. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at 10 a.m. in St. Thomas Church, 65 Fruit Hill Ave., Providence.
