Genevieve A. Gasbarro

Genevieve A. Gasbarro, 81, of Warwick, passed away on Sunday January 21, 2024, at Briarcliffe Manor, Johnston. She was the wife of the late John Gasbarro. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Enrico R. and Nancy M. (Martino) Simonelli.

She was an inspector at the Monet Company retiring in 1986.

Genevieve leaves her nieces Angela Simonelli and Sharon Busch, a nephew Enrico Simonelli, Jr., two great nephews, Blake Busch and Nicholas Anthony Simonelli Wong and her sister-in-law of Carol Simonelli. She was the sister of the late Enrico Simonelli. 

 Visitation will be held Friday Morning, January 26, 2024, from 9:00 a.m.- 10:00 a.m. in the Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Rose and Clement Church, 111 Long Street St., Warwick at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence. In lieu of flowers, donations in Genevieve’s memory may be made to Hasbro Children’s Hospital 593 Eddy Street, Providence, RI 02903.
