Frank L. Beaudet

Frank L. Beaudet, 80, of Braintree, formerly of Scituate, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at Seasons Hospice Inpatient Center in Milton, MA. He was the beloved husband of Marie (Tammelleo) Beaudet. Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of the late James and Paulette (Guillet) Beaudet. Frank was a Department Head and dedicated teacher of French and Italian for the Warwick School Department for 26 years. He was also a two-time Fulbright Scholar and enjoyed traveling with his family and students.  In his retirement, Frank loved to restore and sell antiques with his brother.  His greatest joy was spending time with his grandson, Owen.  Frank was a wonderful friend, husband, father, and grandfather who will be greatly missed.  He was a Navy Veteran.  Besides his wife of 52 years, he is survived by his loving daughter, Nadine Masur, and her husband Donald; his brother, Andre Beaudet; a sister, Lucille Coulombe, and a grandson, Owen Masur. He was the brother of the late Suzanne Provost. His funeral will be held Saturday, July 21, 2018 at 8:45 a.m. from the Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Joseph Church, 144 Danielson Pike, Scituate. Burial with military honors will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours are Friday from 4-7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Frank's memory may be made to St. Jude Tribute Program, PO Box 1000 Dept 142, Memphis, TN 38101.
