Edward J. Murray

Edward J. Murray, 54, of North Providence, passed away Thursday, April 27, 2017 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital.  Born in Providence, he was the son of Antoinette "Annette" (Neri) Murray and the late William P. Murray, Sr. Edward was a graduate of New England Tech, a master electrician and worked as a production controller at the Newport Naval Base. Besides his mother, he is survived by his brother, William P. Murray, Jr.; three sisters, Barbara C. Langlois and her husband James, Carol A. Dionisopoulos and her husband George and Jean M. Murray; three nephews, Matthew, David and Peter Dionisopoulos; and two nieces, Brandi and Kylie Murray.  He leaves behind many loving family members and friends. His funeral will be held Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at 10 a.m. from the MACERONI FUNERAL HOME, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in St. Augustine Church, 639 Mt. Pleasant Ave, Providence.  Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.  Visitation Monday 4-7 p.m. Please omit flowers.
