Edith Perkins

Edith Perkins, 93, of North Providence, passed away Friday, May 8, 2020 at Roger Williams Medical Center. She was the wife of the late Albert Perkins. Born in Whitehall, NY, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Josephine (Campney) Walstrom. Edith worked as a salesperson for several local clothing stores to include Shephard's and Donnelley's. She loved painting, sewing and puzzles.  She is survived by her daughter, Ellen Smith and her husband Stephen; three grandchildren, Todd, Dena and Joel Titus, eight great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Helena Perkins and sister of the late Eric and Harry Walstron, Lena Pratt and Clara Van Guilder. Consistent with precautions due to the Coronavirus, Mrs. Perkin's funeral and burial will be private.
