Dolores M Corsetti

Dolores M. Corsetti, 85, of Smithfield, passed away Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at The Villages at Waterman Lake in Smithfield. She was the beloved wife of the late Rocco Corsetti. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Matilda (Santos) Travers.

Dolores was a lunch lady at several local schools for many years. She also worked in the bookstore at Rhode Island College for eight years. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her son, Anthony Corsetti; a daughter, Marie Marshall and her husband Dave; two grandchildren, Jennifer Lynn Gemma and Bryan David Marshall, and four great grandchildren, Juliana, Sofia and Sierra Gemma and Shane Marshall. She was the sister of the late Madeline Dutra and Margaret Barile.

Visitation will be Friday, November 19, 2021 from 8-9:15 AM at the Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St, North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in St. Pius V Church, 240 Eaton St, Providence. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. At the family's request, please wear a mask regardless of vaccination status.
