David J. Varone

David J. Varone, 63, of Providence, passed away on Friday, February 28, 2020 at Kent Hospital.  Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Furrie and Rose (DiOrio) Varone. David was the owner and operator of D & V Cleaning.  He is survived by his sister, Maryann Cappello and her husband Anthony; his niece and nephews, Brenda and Robert Brassard, Robert, Brandon and Joseph Varone; four great nieces and nephews; and his great great niece, Mia Rose.  He was the brother of the late Robert A. Varone.  Visitation will be held on Friday, March 6, 2020 from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., immediately followed by a Prayer Service in Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence.
