Carol A. Renaldo

Carol A. Renaldo, 82, of Johnston, passed away on Saturday February 24, 2024, at home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Jennie (Pompei) O’tocki.

 Carol graduated from Mt Pleasant High School in 1959 and was a resident of The City of Providence almost her entire life. Carol worked at Roger Williams Hospital, Speidel, The USPS, Star Market and was a staff scheduler at Lifetime Medical before retiring. She was very proud of having worked 66 years, not retiring until 80 years of age.

 Carol leaves her son James P. Renaldo II and his wife Rachel, who she lived with, a sister Sandra Pion and her husband Daniel, one niece & three nephews, one grand dog Jameson and two late grand dogs Frankie and Lily. 

 Carol was well known for her willingness to help others in need, her generosity came in many forms especially with food. She enjoyed cooking and loved to feed people. Carol loved all animals and had a beautiful smile that would light up a room.

 Visitation will be held  Thursday Morning, February 29, 2024, from 8:30 a.m.- 9:30 a.m. in the Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Augustine Church, 639 Mt. Pleasant Ave., Providence at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery in Saints Peter & Paul Mausoleum, Cranston. In lieu of flowers, donations in Carol’s memory may be made to any animal shelters or programs.
