Beverly C. Courville

July 16, 1943 — July 15, 2025

Beverly C. Courville, a cherished mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully at her home on July 15, 2025, just one day shy of her 82nd birthday. Beverly was surrounded by her loved ones, providing comfort in her final moments and reflecting the deep connections she built throughout her life.

Born on July 16, 1943, Beverly was a proud graduate of Mt. Pleasant High School. Throughout her career, she made notable contributions to her community, working at the Providence Housing Authority, serving as a property manager at the Rhode Island Housing Authority, and elevating to the role of Director of Asset Management for Omni Development Corporation. She was a long-standing Regional President for the prestigious Institute of Real Estate Management, providing mentorship to many in her profession. Her professional life was marked by dedication and a sincere commitment to improving the lives of those around her.

Beyond her career endeavors, Beverly enriched her family’s lives with her infectious laugh, warm smile, and culinary talents. She was known for her passion for cooking and enjoyed creating meals for her loved ones, wrapping them in warmth and affection through her craft. Beverly also had a creative spirit and was skilled in knitting, sewing, and macrame. Her hobbies brought her joy, especially as she crafted beautiful items to share with family and friends.

Beverly was also a devoted Reiki practitioner, utilizing her skills to bring comfort to others. She found great fulfillment in helping neighbors, friends, and family, and she touched many lives as she provided solace to patients at Hope Hospice during their final days.

Those left to celebrate her memory are her beloved children, Steven E. Courville, and Stephannie Fugal and her husband Howard Fugal, along with her sister, Elaine Vota, and four grandchildren. Beverly also joins her late husband of 57 years, Edward Courville, her father, William Coletti, and her mother, Carolina Coletti (Tavone), in eternal peace.

Beverly’s presence in this world will be deeply missed, but her legacy of love and kindness will continue to resonate with all who knew her.
