Anthony Santagata

Anthony L. Santagata Jr., 69, passed away on Friday, November 10, 2023. He was the beloved husband of the late Sandra M. (Souza) Santagata.  Born in Providence, he was the devoted son of Anna M. (Nannarone) Santagata and the late Anthony L. Santagata Sr.

Anthony worked as a diesel mechanic for Ryder Truck Rental in Warwick for many years before retiring. 

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his loving daughter, Kimberly Sherry and her husband Paul; a brother, Paul Santagata and his wife Donna; his cherished granddaughter, Katelyn Sherry; and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Stephen Santagata. 

Visitation will be held on Tuesday Morning, November 14, 2023 from 8 a.m. – 9:15 a.m. in the MACERONI Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at St. Mary Church, 1525 Cranston St., Cranston. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
