Annabelle Pirraglia

Annabelle Pirraglia passed on August 11, 2025, at the age of 91. She is survived by her daughter Deb and her husband Mike and their children Sterling and Dahlia, her daughter Elizabeth and her husband Matthias and their child Ray, her son Paul and his wife Christine and their children Kat and Ian, and her sister Mariellen. Her late husband was Joseph Pirraglia. Annabelle was able to pass peacefully at home in her sleep exactly as she had wished due to the dedicated and diligent care by Deb since May of last year for which we all feel the deepest gratitude.

Annabelle was a gifted artist, though this was not a talent she demonstrated once starting a family. Instead, it was her accomplishments that highlighted this talent. She was among the first women to have attended Cooper Union and after graduating was among the few draftswomen at Bell Labs where she met Joe. Fairness and consistency were very important to her. She took great pride in her children and grandchildren, and she loved them all dearly for who they are and no matter what.
