Anita M. Aspry

Anita Aspry, 77, passed away Thursday, March 2, 2017 at Tufts Medical Center in Boston.  She was the daughter of the late Roberto and Maria (Spinelli) Aspri.     She is survived by her loving family, including brother Robert of East Greenwich, sister-in-law Carmella Aspri of Warwick, and her many nieces and nephews and their children.  She was the sister of the late Anna (Filippone), Jennie, Palma (Zinno) and Harry.    A graduate of Mt. Pleasant High School, Anita devoted her work life to special needs children and adults at Bridgham Middle School and the Fogarty Center.  She was very caring to her large circle of family and friends whom she loved dearly.  Anita was our fun-loving, generous aunt and sister, family photographer, and the thread that bound our family together.  She will be sadly missed by all.   Her funeral will be held Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at 9 a.m. from the MACERONI FUNERAL HOME, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Holy Ghost Church, 472 Atwells  Ave., Providence.  Burial will follow at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
