Amani Alphonce Chambe

Amani A. Chambe, 24, of North Providence, passed away on Sunday, June 12, 2022. Born in North Providence, he was the beloved son of Stanley and Angela (Stanley) Chambe.

He attended Bishop Hendricken High School from 2012-2014, Randolph - Macon Academy from 2014-2015, Marianapolis Prepatory School from 2015-2017 and graduated with honors in 2021 from Worcester State with a Bachelor of Arts Degree.

Amani was the grandson of the late Thomas Alphonce and Bertha Chambe and the late Gabriel and Bertha Magambo;nephew of Sabina, Tina, Cresencia, Rosemary, Hendry,Diana Chambe, Elizabeth,Modesta Magambo the late Edward, Sophia, Emmy and Monica Magambo. Amani was also the of nephew of Julius and Rose Kolawole, Doreen Irungu, and several other cousins. He was employed in the legal department at McLean Hospital, Belmont, Ma., for the past six months.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday, June 24, 2022 from 4-7pm in the Maceroni Funeral Home 1381 Smith St., North Providence. Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday June 25, 2022 at 10am in St. Augustine Church 639 Mount Pleasant Ave., Providence. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers contributions in his memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis TN. 38105 would be appreciated.
