Alfred Palazzo

Alfred Palazzo, 94, of North Providence, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 18, 2020 at Scandavian Communities.  He was the beloved husband of late Vincenza (Vendittelli) Palazzo.  Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Alphonse and Autilia (Grande) Palazzo. Mr. Palazzo worked for Uncas Manufacturing before retiring.  An avid golfer, he was a member of Louisquisset and Triggs Golf Clubs.  He was a Navy Veteran of World War II. He is survived by his three children, Alfonse M. Palazzo and his wife Deborah, Robert A. Palazzo and his wife Valerie and Donna Santagata and her husband Paul; his sister, Angelina Celona; seven grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.  He was the brother of the late Pasqualina Prata, Antonio, George and Vincent Palazzo. Consistent with precautions due to the Coronavirus, Al's funeral and burial with Military Honors will be private.  There will be a Memorial Mass celebrated at a future date when it is safe for family and friends to gather again.
