Adeline McGuirk (Laterra), 90, of Providence, passed away Monday, August 8, 2011 at Elmhurst Extended Care. She was the beloved wife of the late John A. McGuirk. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth ( Autiello) Laterra.
Adeline had worked as a secretary for the State of Rhode Island, Department of Youth and Families.
She leaves her daughter, Elizabeth Nametz; two brothers, Sal and Joe Laterra and two grandchildren, Marybeth and Daniel Nametz. She was the sister of the late Lucy Pettinato.
Her funeral and burial will be private. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
