Sylvia E. Palazzo, 85, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her family, on January 14, 2022.
Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Silvio and Pasqualina (Cipolla) Ventriglia. She was the wife of the late Antonio Palazzo.
Sylvia was the devoted mother to Joseph Franco and wife Brenda of Cranston, Patricia (Franco) Falcone and husband Thomas of South Kingstown; cherished grandmother of Natalia Falcone and her husband Andrew, Cassandra (Falcone) Broccoli and her husband David, Louis Falcone, Joseph Franco, and Anthony Franco; proud great-grandmother to Giulio Broccoli; and beloved sister of Philomena Paolo, Louie Ventriglia, and Beverly Cascella.
Sylvia loved music, playing the piano, tennis, and was an avid duckpin bowler for over 50 years.
She will be deeply missed by all those who had the great fortune to know her.
In honor of Sylvia's wishes, there will be no visiting hours or funeral service.
