Steven B. Viti, 71, passed away Wednesday, November 6, 2019. He was the beloved husband of Marie (Nesselbush) Viti. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Benedetto and Raffaella "Rae" (Procaccini) Viti.
Steve was an inspector for Leviton Manufacturing before retiring in 2000.
He is survived by his daughter, Senator Donna Nesselbush and her wife Kelly Carse; three siblings, Richard Viti and his wife Elsa, Benjamin Viti and Esther Botelho and her husband Steven; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. He was the brother of the late Lewis Viti.
His funeral will be held on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at 9 a.m. from the MACERONI FUNERAL HOME, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Holy Ghost Church, 472 Atwells Ave., Providence. Entombment will be in Our Risen Christ Mausoleum, St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visitation will be held on Monday from 5 - 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Steve's memory may be made to: Steere House, 100 Borden St., Providence, RI 02903.
