Mary DeCurtis

Mary DeCurtis (Rocco), 100, of North Providence, passed away Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at Heritage Hills in Smithfield. She was the wife of the late John DeCurtis and mother of the late Patricia DeCurtis. Born in Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late Michele and Eugenia (DiStefano) Rocco.

Mary was a seamstress for many years. She was a member of the Sal Mancini Senior Center where she played Bingo often and volunteered for their lunch program.

She is survived by her daughters, Barbara DeCurtis, and Donna DeCurtis and her companion William Gustafson, and a granddaughter, Megan Wooster. She was the sister of the late Italo Rocco, Paul Rocco, Michaelina Ionta, Lucy Dean and Lena Paterno.

Visiting hours will be Saturday from 9-10 AM at the Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM in St. Anthony Church, 1413 Mineral Spring Ave, North Providence. Burial will be in Mount St. Mary Cemetery, Pawtucket.
