Joseph A. DeSantis
January 1, 1943 — April 29, 2020
Joseph A. DeSantis Sr., 77, of West Kingston, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, April 29, 2020 with his loving family by his side. He was the beloved husband of Frances M. (Gilbert) DeSantis for 55 years. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Armando and Maria (Lisa) DeSantis.
Mr. DeSantis was an industrial radiographer for Anvil International for many years before retiring. He was a graduate of Mount Pleasant High School and the St. Joseph School of Radiology.
In addition to his wife he is survived by his three children, Joseph A. DeSantis, Jr. and his wife Sherry, Julienne Kelly and here husband Michael and Jerily Fleck; his brother, Paul A. DeSantis; his sister, Madelyn Germani; and six grandchildren. He was the father-in-law of the late Darren Fleck.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass on Saturday, April 24, 2021 at 10 a.m. in St. Thomas More Church, 53 Rockland St., Narragansett.
