Jean Tammaro

August 30, 1934 - October 12, 2020

Jean (DelRossi) Tammaro, 86, of Johnston, entered into Eternal Life on Monday, October 12, 2020. Born in Johnston, she was the daughter of the late Adolfo and Genovina "Irene" (Albergo) DelRossi. Prior to her marriage she worked at The Outlet Co. She then was employed by The State of Rhode Island, Dept. of Motor Vehicles for 20 years. After her retirement she worked at Shaw's Market for an additional 12 years A devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother , she is survived by her two daughters, Barbara Flynn and Pamela Tammaro, her sister, Dolores Montagano, two grandchildren, Kristen Cotugno and Justin Budlong. Four great granddaughters, Kendra Ruhle, Gabriella, Natalia and Alivia, and one great great granddaughter Viviana. She was the sister of the late Adolph H. DelRossi Jr., Vincent DelRossi, Barbara Corey and Gloria DelRossi. Visitation will be held Friday, October 16, 2020 from 9:15-10.15 am in the Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am in Our Lady of Grace Church, George Waterman Rd., Johnston. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
