Florence M. DiMuccio

May 3, 1923 - October 17, 2021

Florence M. DiMuccio, a resident at The Bridge at Cherry Hill in Johnston, RI for the past ten years, passed away on October 17, 2021 while in the wonderful care of the Philip Hulitar Inpateint Center. Born on May 3, 1923 she was a life long resident of North Providence. She was the daughter of the late Felice DiMuccio and Angelina (Talamini) DiMuccio. She was the sister of "Big John" DiMuccio and Lillian Biscelli, both of North Providence, and Norma Soule of Blandingsville, IL. After graduating from North Providence High School in 1940 she was employed by the New England Telephone and Telegraph Company in their accounting department until retiring in 1985. Family was very important to her and she enjoyed sending letters, notes and cards to keep that connection strong. Florence loved traveling, gardening, reading and bowling. She was a devoted aunt to her nieces and nephews, Wendy Biscelli-Bortnicker, Gary Biscelli, Karen Soule Morris, Kevin Soule, Randy Soule and the late Robbie Soule. She also leaves behind many great-nieces and nephews to carry on her memory... but her great-nephew, Ethan and great-niece, Carly always had a special place in her heart. Florence's service will be held privately. In honor of her memory, please make a donation to your favorite charity.
