Anna L. Altomari

January 10, 1920 - June 6, 2019

Anna L. Altomari (Langella), 99, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 6, 2019.  She was the wife of the late Michael Altomari.  Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Vincent and Antonetta (Brigantino) Langella. Mrs. Altomari worked for the Goddess Jewelry Company for over 50 years before retiring.  She was an avid P.C. Basketball, Red Sox and Patriot Fan.  She was a member of the Legion of Mary at Holy Ghost Church. A loving and devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, she is survived by her son, Michael F. Altomari and his wife, Margaret Riel; her granddaughter, Stephanie M. Altomari Cavanagh and her husband, Robert; and her great-granddaughter, Caroline Brooke.  She was the sister of the late Camillo "Tommy", John, Albert, Oscar and Louis Langella, Yolanda Migliaccio and Josephine Valvo. Visitation will be held Monday Morning, June 10, 2019 from 8:15 a.m. - 9:15 a.m. in the MACERONI FUNERAL HOME, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Holy Ghost Church, 472 Atwells Ave., Providence, RI  02909.  Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Mrs. Altomari's memory may be made to: Holy Ghost Church.
