Pauline C. Finegan, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late William D. Finegan. Born in New Bedford, Massachusetts, she was the daughter of the late George and Lillian (Riley) Tournas.
Pauline worked as a dietary technician at Roger Williams Medical Center for many years before retiring. She was an avid parishioner of St. Augustine Church.
A loving and devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, she is survived by her three children, Thomas Finegan and his wife Merideth, Steven Finegan and his wife Sara and Karen Picozzi and her husband Albert; two brothers, Andrew and George Tournas; nine grandchildren, Eric, Kathryn, Alexandria and Jacqueline Finegan, Olivia, Kelly and Anthony Picozzi, Steven Finegan Jr. and Sophia Finegan; and three great-grandchildren, Aaliyah, C.J. and Kayden. She was the sister of the late Lillian Comstock.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at 10 a.m. in St. Augustine Church, 639 Mount Pleasant Ave., Providence. Burial will be private.
