Nancy was also a lifelong knitter, and made several beautiful afghans and home-made goods for her children and grandchildren throughout the years. After her retirement in 2009, she became an active member of the North Providence Senior Center, where she enjoyed any and all social activities, especially playing the strategic games of Mahjong and Rummikub several days a week with her dear friends.
