William J. Rossi, 80, formerly of Wayland Avenue, Providence, passed away Sunday, March 13, 2011 in Bradenton, FL. He was the beloved husband of Margaret (Lessard) Rossi for over 51 years. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Biagio & Angelina (Campana) Rossi.
Mr. Rossi was President of the former Blue Ribbon Beef Company. He was an Army Veteran who served during the Korean War. He is survived by a daughter, Susan R. Rossi-Cazille and her husband Anthony of Bradenton, FL and his sister, Olga Paolilli of North Providence.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass to be held Saturday, April 30, 2011, at 5pm in Holy Ghost Church, 1 Knight St., Providence.
