Virginia A. Gray

November 10, 1942 — May 10, 2011

GRAY, VIRGINIA “GINGER” (RICCI), 68, of Providence, passed away Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center. She was the wife of James C. Gray. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Paul A. Ricci, Sr. and Angela (DiPanni) Ricci.

Ginger had worked for several banks before retiring.

Besides her husband of 33 years, she leaves three daughters, Catherine Verry, Theresa Daigle and Barbara Kansiewicz; three stepdaughters, Angela Gray-Porter, Terri Roy and Diane Silvestri; a brother, Paul A. Ricci; a sister, Amy Harmon; 18 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Her funeral will be held Monday at 9 a.m. from the MACERONI FUNERAL HOME, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Augustine Church, 639 Mount Pleasant Ave., Providence. Burial will be private. Visitation Sunday 4-7 p.m.
