Virginia G. DiLibero, 82, of Providence, died peacefully on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at Roger Williams Medical Center. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Severino “Fred” and Viola I. (Muscente) DiLibero.
Virginia was a career legal secretary for Rhode Island Legal Services and previously worked for the Legal Aid Society of RI.
Two of her greatest hobbies were cooking and baking. On holidays and any occasion, all who knew her would await the goodies from her oven.
She is survived by her two sisters, Thelma Mazzucchelli and Evelyn R. Ciasullo and her husband, Paul F. Ciasullo, Sr.
“Aunt Gigi” will be truly missed by her several nieces and nephews to whom she was devoted and loved her dearly.
Her funeral will be held Friday, January 20, 2012 at 9 a.m. from the MACERIONI Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Augustine Church, 639 Mt. Pleasant Ave., Providence. Visitation, Thursday 5-7 p.m. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory to a favorite charity would be greatly appreciated.
