Victoria Antonizio

April 22, 1916 — February 3, 2012

Victoria Antonizio (Campanile), 95, of North Providence, passed away peacefully, Friday, February 3, 2012 at Hebert Nursing Home surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Antonio Antonizio. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Ursula (D'Ambra) Campanile and the mother of the late Kenneth Antonizio.

Victoria loved her family, especially all her grandchildren. Her joy was cooking for her family and spending time with them.

She is survived by three sons, Antonio Antonizio, Jr., Andrew Antonizio and Robert Antonizio; three daughters, Nancy Antonizio, Catherine Levasseur and Marie Welsh; 21 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Joseph, Larry, Caesar and Ralph Campanile and Antonetta Harris.

Her funeral will be held Tuesday at 9 a.m. from the MACERONI FUNERAL HOME, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Holy Ghost Church, 1 Knight St., Providence. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visitation Monday 4-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory to benefit her great granddaughter, Ashley Bolden, may be made to Guardian Angel Service Dogs, P.O. Box 910, Orange, VA 22960.
