Rosemarie Picozzi

Rosemarie Picozzi ( D’Alessandro), 85, of North Providence, passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at St. Antoine Residence in North Smithfield. She was the beloved wife of Alfred Picozzi. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Giuseppe and Angelina (Patoto) D’Alessandro.

Rosemarie was a bookkeeper for Casual Corner for 35 years until retiring. She loved to travel, especially to Aruba and Atlantic City.

Besides her husband of 64 years, she leaves a daughter, Deborah Berard and her husband James, a grandson, Christopher Berard and his wife, Lisa and her beloved great granddaughter, Isabella Berard.

Her funeral will be held Monday, January 28, 2013 at 10 a.m. from the Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in St. Augustine Church, 639 Mt. Pleasant Ave., Providence. Visitation Sunday 2-5 p.m. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
