Rose Scappaticci

ROSE SCAPPATICCI ( PROCACCINI), 88, of North Providence, passed away Monday, May 6, 2013 at Miriam Hospital. She was the beloved wife of the late Rocco Scappaticci. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Francesco and
Annatonia (DeCotis) Procaccini.

Rose attended Fruit Hill Day Services for the Elderly. She dearly loved her grandchildren and enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family.

She leaves two daughters, Ann Wasilewski and her husband Joseph, Elizabeth Lynch and her husband John; four grandchildren, Joseph Wasilewski and his wife Elisa, Cara Wasilewski, John Lynch and Kristen Lynch. She was the sister of the late Antonio, Angelo, Louis, Michael and Joseph Procaccini and Raffaella Viti.

Her Funeral will be held Friday, May 10, 2013 at 9 a.m., from the Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Augustine Church, 639 Mt. Pleasant Ave., Providence. Visitation Thursday 4-7 p.m. Burial will be St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to Fruit Hill Day Services for the Elderly, 399 Fruit Hill Ave., North Providence, RI. 02911.
